Flixlab. iPhone, iTouch, iPad II. Free. When you want to enhance your video masterpiece with the points of views of others at an event, check out this super fun free app Flixlab. Flixlab lets you share others’ videos and edit them on your own phone. When you are within the same proximity, less than a few hundred feet, you will receive a request to join an event with other friends shooting video. Then you will be able to include their clips with your clips in the editing process. While Flixlab does not offer a great deal of manual control in the editing process, but the lack of options makes it very easy to create a finished product. Pick the clips or photos, tag your friends, choose transition effects and some music and you are all done. Music can come from your music library but Flixlab also offers free options. When you are done, you can share your masterpiece through Facebook. You can set privacy and specify exactly who you want to share the movie with to avoid “overexposure.” What a great way to capture a family event or other fun gathering! Easy and fun - a winning combination.
